I have been having fortnightly sessions with Jon for approximately 18 months now during a huge period of growth in our business.  Jon started as my business coach, but he has also had a huge affect on how I approach my personal life.  He has helped me get to the core of beliefs and thoughts I had about myself and others, that were holding me back and keeping me stuck in old patterns of overworking and avoidance of some life decisions.  Jon has helped me become a better leader, be more present in all areas of my life, and keeps me accountable for the commitments I make to myself.   I truly appreciate everything he has done for me. Jon has a real knack for identifying the root cause of an issue and getting you to the solution as quickly as possible.  I truly appreciate that he gives me the space to discover the answer while expertly guiding me. Jon is special. He is a deeply empathetic, caring, and in-tune human being. He has a special talent to communicate profound and life-shifting ideas as if they were obvious all along. How could you not see it? It’s like having an aha moment every conversation. As a person who can get stuck in thought/analysis overdrive, Jon’s conviction, calm demeanor, and openness helps me shed the questions and gets me to answers. Answers I can live by, as if I partially have the meaning of life. It’s powerful. It’s not magic and it’s not gimmick. As a client of Jon for 2 years, the transformation and impact he’s had on our lives has been remarkable . He’s helped with a career and career change, has been able to help navigator through challenging parenting situation, and we trust him enough to help our two children. Our kids hop on with “Coach Jon” and discuss things and Jon is able to provide them with tools they can take with them on their school  journey. My life looks quite different since Jon became my coach. We did the math in a recent session and calculated I'm 110% happier in my life (especially in work) than I was a year ago when I started. Through our weekly meetings I'm challenged to reframe my perspective on problems and difficult dilemmas. With Jon, I've been working on my confidence as a leader and prioritizing myself to improve my life and my business. This journey has not been easy but has paid off in better management, better perspectives, increased billings and more job satisfaction in being a business owner. My partner has seen a marked change in my demeanor, my stress and my attitude around work. We both believe Jon has been the best investment for me and our business. I have been working with Jon for nearly two years now, and he has absolutely changed my life. When I first approached Jon, I was struggling with an unhealthy living environment - crying, having outbursts, low self-esteem, anxiety, and feeling lost in life were how I got through my days. But through our sessions together, he has helped me develop a new outlook on life, personal relationships, and my own abilities. One of the most impactful things Jon has taught me is the power of manifesting positive thinking. Through various techniques, he has helped me reframe negative thoughts and self-talk into more positive and constructive patterns. This shift in mindset has profoundly built my confidence and overall well-being. I am now able to approach challenges and setbacks with a more optimistic and resilient attitude, and this has opened up new opportunities in my life. Another area where Jon has helped me tremendously is in my personal relationships. Communication and setting healthy boundaries were basically non-existent previously. This led to feelings of resentment and frustration towards myself, my family, and my life. Now I know how to better express my needs and feelings, and how to communicate more effectively with the people in my life. Overall, I am so grateful for the guidance and support Jon has provided over the past two years. Cheesy or not, Jon is not just my therapist, but a friend, my guardian angel, and an inner voice. Working with Jon has been eye opening and deeply rewarding.  He listened to the issues that I was dealing with in my work and relationships and displayed empathy and compassion. I've worked with Jon for a number of years and I find Jon's value comes in playing in the space between business coach and life coach. He’s not just a business coach playing in the numbers, and he’s not just a life coach with little understanding of business challenges. He’s not afraid to ask difficult questions, and genuinely makes an effort to understand issues at a deep personal level. I honestly wish I could give Jon ten stars. My experience with Jon has been nothing short of miraculous. When we first met over Zoom, I was on a fast-paced mental and emotional decline - a complete shell of a person. One of the first things I brought up with Jon was that I'd been in therapy, I was trying to get better but no one and nothing was helping so I didn't see a point in working with him if I wouldn't see change in my life. He straight up guaranteed me change. And he 100% delivered. I am 100% a completely different person since I started working with Jon. Jon helped me discover how and why I was so unhappy and what I needed to do to change that all. He got me out of survival mode.
